Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)

Description

• In this exciting position you will be responsible for leading and developing the HR and Recruiting team (5)
• Reporting to the CEO, you will be part of the steering committee
• You implement the HR strategy and policy
  in line with the company's strategic objectives (e.g. renumeration, learning and development, talent acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion)
• You supervise the proper deployment of HR processes including payroll, appraisal interviews and trainings
• Ensure the compliance of HR procedures with local and international legal and statutory requirements
• Relationship management with the unions and work council
• In our modern and global company, you drive the optimization and harmonization of tools and processes

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Proven ability to manage and support a team
• You are a HR generalist with a deep understanding of labour law, payroll, recruiting, HRIS and HR development
• You convince through excellent communication skills, resilience and result-orientation
• Ability to build trustful working relationships with senior management on a multicultural and international level
• Fluent English and French skills are necessary, Germany language skills are a plus
• You enjoy working in an agile, collaborative environment and are eager to add own ideas and solutions on top
